Wedding Planning Packages

Thank you for considering Alas Weddings to coordinate your special day! We are delighted to offer three distinct packages tailored to meet the unique needs of our brides. With every package, we promise to bring a positive attitude and a willing heart to serve wherever is needed! We want to make your wedding day flow seamlessly & be enjoyable!

What you should know:

  • If you've already invested in our Wedding Planning Guide Book, you're entitled to a $100 discount on any package you choose.

  • If your combined bridal party, including both groomsmen and bridesmaids, exceeds 20 people, we require having an Assistant Coordinator. This invaluable service is available for an additional $500 and can be seamlessly added onto any package, regardless of whether it's a specific requirement for your event.

  • Below, you'll find our transparent payment schedule for your reference. We believe in full transparency before we finalize any contract:

    • 10% Deposit Upon Booking (Non-refundable)

    • 40% Three Months Prior

    • 50% One Month Prior

      • Feel free to make an advance payment if you prefer. In the event that we need to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances, such as a family emergency or illness, we will make every effort to secure an alternative coordinator. Should we be unable to find a replacement, you will receive a full refund of any funds received.

  • Please note that for every package, it is a standard requirement to provide a vendor meal for both the coordinator and assistant coordinator (if applicable) on the wedding day.

  • If the wedding venue is located beyond the Atlanta Perimeter (I-285) by a driving distance of 50 miles, there will be an additional charge of $200 to cover driving and lodging expenses. Should a flight be required, the associated expenses will be discussed and covered during the consultation.

  • To make sure everything goes according to plan, your coordinator will have an emergency kit with stain remover, pens, band-aids, make-up wipes, tissues, and a small sowing kit.

  • Optional Add-On: Rehearsal Dinner Coordination for $1000 (Please inquire about more details if you are interested in this.)
