Venue Walkthrough & Review All Details
Venue Walkthrough will occur one month prior to wedding date. Coordinator will confirm arrival times and logistics with all vendors (caterer, florist, photographer, DJ, etc.). Coordinator will serve as the point of contact for vendors on the day of the wedding.

Setup Oversight
Ensure that ceremony and reception spaces are set up according to the couple's vision and the agreed-upon plan. Your coordinator will verify that all decorations, including centerpieces, lighting, and signage, are set up as planned. Please note this does not include set-up of tables, decor, florals, etc. Plan to have your venue, florist, or other vendor know they will be responsible for this.

Manage Day-Of Timeline
Your coordinator will work closely with your venue and vendors to ensure your day goes according to plan.

Manage Gifts & Personal Items
Keep track of gifts and personal items brought to the venue, ensuring they are safely stored or transported at the end of the event.

Handle Vendor Payments & Gratuities
Distribute final payments to vendors as necessary (if this is part of the coordinator's services).

Handle Clean-Up & Breakdown of Decor
Your coordinator will carefully pack items such as candles, gifts, and personal decor items. However, please be aware that your coordinator will not be tasked with fully restoring the venue to its original setup. It's advised to coordinate this aspect with your venue, vendors, or enlist the help of family and friends to ensure a smooth conclusion of the event.

Rehearsal Participation
Some brides have their wedding party rehearse the night before and others the day of. Your coordinator will be available for your rehearsal whenever that may be.
